1. Services Offered
Pop N Shine provides professional mobile car detailing services throughout Orange County, California. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Interior deep cleaning
- Exterior hand washing & waxing
- Paint correction
- Ceramic coating applications
- Premium add-ons (pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, etc.)

All services are performed on-site at your specified location using professional-grade products and equipment. Please refer to our Services Page for a full breakdown of offerings.
 
2. Booking & Payment
- Appointments can be made via our website or direct communication.
- Pricing is listed online and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or add-ons.
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and approved methods of payment.
 
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.
- In case of weather or emergencies, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
 
4. Service Area
We serve most areas of Orange County, CA. If you are outside our regular range, contact us to confirm availability and possible travel fees.
 
5. Client Responsibilities
To help ensure a smooth appointment, clients must:
- Provide accurate vehicle and location details
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safely parked
- Remove personal items beforehand
- Notify us about any special access or parking requirements
 
6. Liability & Damages
- Pop N Shine is not liable for pre-existing damage or personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Services are performed at the client’s own risk, though we follow strict safety and quality standards.
- Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
 
7. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The vehicle is unsafe, excessively unsanitary, or presents biohazards
- The work environment is unsafe
- The client is uncooperative or abusive
 
8. Content & Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and media are owned by Pop N Shine Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
 
9. SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS for Consent Communication
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Pop N Shine Inc related to your service booking, technician updates, or customer support inquiries.

Types of Messages You May Receive:
- Appointment confirmations or reminders
- Arrival notifications
- Service updates or follow-ups
